Let’s get ready for Term 2!
Hi 4 Leah,
I hope you’ve all had a WONDERFUL holiday and are ready to get back into school!! 😉 It’s going to be a fantastic term, with lots of learning, but also lots of fun, too! 😉
This term, we’re going to be delving into Australian History, with our focus being on The First Fleet. If you want to be ahead of everyone else in your understanding, make sure you check out the Integrated Studies page on the blog. You might also like to ask your parents what they know about it, especially about Captain James Cook.Â
We’re also going to be continuing the Spelling Program, which will certainly expand your vocabulary. PLUS there’s so much that will be happening this term…stay tuned for more details at school tomorrow!

Hi leah I know some facts that relate to captain cook and the bermuda triangle. He was the first person to discover it, and when he got into the area his compass stopped working and he saw a fireball in the sky.
